DGZIドイツ本部、国際口腔インプラント学会及びDGZI日本支部では、インプラント医療の高度な水準の維持と向上を図ることにより、国民に適切な医療を提供することを目的として、認定を設けております。

Renewal Points

For the renewal of all qualifications, 50 points are necessary within the 5-year certification period. Points can be obtained by taking part in academic conferences and seminars hosted by the ISOI and by attending educational lectures.

Changes to the Qualification Renewal Point System for Dentists

Due to changes made to the system, individuals who obtained a qualification prior to March 2014 will receive 10 points toward the next qualification renewal. Therefore, 40 points will be required for the next qualification renewal, as was previously the case.

Types of Certification

Both “DGZI German headquarters” certifications and “ISOI and DGZI Japan section” certifications are available. Certifications issued by the “DGZI German headquarters” of the largest and oldest implantology society in Europe grant implant specialists a great degree of trust and social value.

  • Attend four hands-on seminars or educational lectures after obtaining the Clinical Oral Implantology qualification (not including the educational lectures attended for the Clinical Oral Implantology examination)
Examinations

　Written examination, oral examination

Documents for Submission
  • Implant cases (50 cases having preoperative and 3 years postoperative panoramic radiographs that show the temporomandibular joint)
    Submit postoperative oral cavity photographs for 10 of these cases.
    In these 50 cases, include cases of cosmetic work to the anterior teeth, cases of sinus floor augmentation, and full-payment cases (including overdentures).

Implant Special Dental Hygienist

認定歯科衛生士とは？

患者との信頼関係構築のためのより高いコミュニケーション能力を持ち、インプラント治療全般に関する専門的知識と技術を持ち合わせ、チーム医療の一翼を担っているという意識を持ってインプラント治療後のメインテナンスケアも行える歯科衛生士。

受験資格
  • 歯科衛生士の資格取得者
  • ＩＳＯＩ会員
  • メインテナンス5症例（術前・術後のパノラマ写真と口腔内写真）を提出できる事
  • ＩＳＯＩインプラントコーディネーターの資格取得者
  • インプラント実務経験３年以上
  • 教育講演の受講

Implant Coordinator

インプラントコーディネーターとは？

歯科医院全体が患者からの信頼を得るために必要な、術者より近い存在として認識してもらえる存在になること、またインプラント治療の基礎知識を持ち、患者への説明やコミュニケーション力を高め、より円滑な治療ができるよう患者と術者の間の調整が行えるスタッフ。

受験資格
  • 歯科衛生士、歯科助手その他コ・デンタルスタッフ、歯科技工士
  • ＩＳＯＩ会員
  • 教育講演の受講
  • インプラント実務経験については、歯科衛生士と歯科技工士は2年以上、その他は3年以上
